Delete your MyCelestials account

You can delete your MyCelestials account and its data at any time. MyCelestials is operated by X-ionic Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
In the app (fastest)
- Open MyCelestials on your phone or at app.mycelestials.com and sign in.
- Go to Profile > Account & Data.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Without the app
If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, email us from any address and include the mobile number registered with MyCelestials. We will confirm the request with a one-time code sent to that number, so no one else can delete your account.
What happens next
- Straight away: your profile, lists and circle are hidden from everyone, and any gifts you are holding for friends are released.
- For 15 days: you can sign in and restore your account if you change your mind.
- After 15 days: your profile, lists, addresses, photos, messages and device tokens are permanently deleted. Gift memories in your friends' accounts stay with them, showing "A friend" instead of your name, or just your first name if you chose to keep it in their memories.
- Kept for a limited time, as the law requires: basic account records (mobile number, sign-up and deletion dates) and security logs, for up to one year, then deleted. These are not visible to anyone on MyCelestials.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. For more, see our Privacy Policy, or contact our Grievance Officer.
